Privacy Policy

When you submit the inquiry form on our Contact page, we collect:

• Full name and business name
• Email address
• Phone number and website (optional)
• Industry and the services or areas you are interested in (optional)
• Your message
• Your preferred contact method
• Your confirmation that you agree to be contacted

We do not ask for payment information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through the Website.

We use the information you submit to review your inquiry, respond to you using your preferred contact method, and discuss whether and how REFORJD can help your business. We do not use it for newsletters or marketing campaigns.

When you submit the form, your information is sent from our Website’s server to REFORJD by email. We use Resend, an email delivery service, to deliver these inquiry emails to our business inbox. Inquiries are received and stored in our email account and are not saved in a separate website database.

If you book a Discovery Call, the booking is handled by Calendly within an embedded scheduling window. Calendly collects and processes the information you enter there (such as your name, email, and answers to booking questions) under its own privacy policy, and shares booking details with us so we can hold the meeting.

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate the Website:

• Our website hosting and infrastructure providers, which serve the Website and run the server code that processes form submissions
• Resend, to deliver inquiry emails
• Calendly, to schedule Discovery Calls
• Google Maps, to display the interactive service-area map on our Contact page
• Google Fonts, which delivers the typeface used on every page of the Website
• Spline, which delivers the interactive 3D scene on our home page, and unpkg, a public file-delivery service from which supporting files for that scene are loaded
• Our email provider, where received inquiries are stored

The Website also displays an interactive demonstration website hosted by a separate service. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to deliver the Website and keep it secure. To limit repeated or automated form submissions, our server temporarily uses a one-way hashed form of your IP address; the raw address is not stored by us. Whenever your browser loads a resource from a third-party service, that service receives technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the page that requested it. This can happen as soon as a page loads, not only when you interact with it: Google Fonts loads on every page, Spline and unpkg load on the home page, Google Maps loads on the Contact page, the demonstration website loads where it is embedded, and Calendly loads when you open the booking window.

REFORJD does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on the Website. Third-party services used on the Website, such as Calendly, Google Maps, and the embedded demonstration website, may set their own cookies or use similar storage, including when their content loads, under their own policies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

We share personal information only with the service providers described above, as needed to operate the Website and respond to you, or where required by law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

REFORJD is based in Ontario, Canada. Some of our service providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States. When that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

For inquiries that do not become a client relationship, we delete inquiry emails 12 months after our last communication with you, unless a longer period is needed to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Records relating to clients are handled separately, according to the engagement and applicable obligations. Our service providers may keep their own copies or backups under their own retention practices, which we do not control. You may ask us to delete your inquiry earlier at any time.

Form submissions are sent over encrypted connections and processed on our server; email-service credentials are never exposed in your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing reforjd.systems@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep certain information where required for legal obligations or to resolve a dispute, and we cannot delete copies held independently by third-party providers.

By submitting the inquiry form, you consent to REFORJD using your information as described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing reforjd.systems@gmail.com; we will then stop contacting you about your inquiry.

The Website may link to or embed third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
